Role Overview:

We are seeking an
accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and relevant expertise in the banking and finance sector, driving our strategic vision and operational
excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of
global financial markets and the ability to navigate complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company’s strategic goals and objectives in alignment with our mission.

- Provide leadership and direction to ensure operational efficiency and financial health of the institution.

- Build and maintain relationships with regulators, stakeholders, and partners to
advance organizational interests and compliance.

- Identify market trends, new opportunities, and potential areas for growth.

- Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.

- Foster a culture of innovation, risk management, and compliance throughout the organization.

关键要求

1. **教育背景**

商业、金融、经济或相关领域的硕士学位。

2. **专业经验**

至少3年在银行或金融服务领域担任高级领导职务的经验。有管理高净值或企业客户关系的经验者优先。

3. **英语和普通话流利度**

必须具备流利的英语和普通话（书面和口语）能力。

4. **社交网络和关系管理技能**

在中国拥有与高净值人士（HNWIs）建立良好关系网络的成员将被视为重要优势。

5. **领导与团队管理能力**

卓越的领导和沟通技能，能够吸引并激励团队。有能力指导和培养人才，营造高绩效团队文化。

8. **对中国和蒙古市场的了解**

深入了解中国消费者行为、银行偏好和金融预期者更佳。

Key Requirements:

Educational Background
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Professional Experience
At least 3 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the banking or
financial services sector. Experience in managing high-net-worth or
corporate client relationships is a plus.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a must.
Networking and Relationship Management Skills
A member of well-established network with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) in China will be considered a significant preference.
Leadership & Team Management
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams. Ability to mentor and develop talent, creating a culture of high-performing team.
Customer-Focused & Service-Oriented
A strong commitment to customer service excellence, with the ability to
offer highly personalized banking solutions and services that meet individual client needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence.
Understanding of Both Chinese and Mongolian Markets
Deep knowledge of Chinese consumer behavior, banking preferences, and
financial expectations would be a plus.
