岗位职责：
1. Test first article samples by developing test method and fixtures
负责样品的测试设计和确认工作；
2. Design, fabricate, maintain and manage testing tooling /fixtures
负责测试治具的制作、保养，改善和管理；
3. Conduct training of testing process for production and quality testing operators
负责培训生产和品管部门的测试人员；
4. Manage and maintain testing machines
负责测试仪器的维护、保养，改善和管理；
5. Test process setup and changeover in production line
负责产线测试换线，调试；
6. Other job assignment from supervisor
主管安排的其它事务。
任职需求：
Professional high school or above, in related electronically Science/Engineering
职高以上，电子专业。
1+ years’ working experience as engineer in multinational manufacturing companies
1年以上外企工作经验。
Understanding of electrical diagram, cable assembly related electrical parameters.
了解测试程序和电线装配相关性能参数。
Understanding of cable assembly testing method and requirements.
了解电线装配测试方法和要求。
