Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to meet production goals & make recommendation & implementation.

2. Drive to continuously improve quality, productivity & profitable.

3. Drive to improve equipment utilization & cycle time goals.

4. Make sure effective on-line maintenance/PM system.

5. Lead team activities through production, good teamwork with engineering and cross function team.

6. Staffing & performance management.

7. Work within the position authority and be familiar with the WI of department.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or experience equivalent to that– Engineering related majors.

2. Min. 5 years in mix of manufacturing cum quality cum equipment experience.

3. Able to conduct English teleconference.

4. Familiar with MS Office, SAP, TCS, performance system, related equipment.
