Job Objective:
• Lead China-specific technical Compliance Management System (tCMS) topics to success, encompassing clarification, assessment, challenging evaluations, and case clearing, always prioritizing Chinese customer needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strategic collaboration with GRC/RD, GRC/MP, GRC/PSV, IL/LG, and HQ to ensure robust tCMS implementation and assurance.
• Product Safety: Serve as the first contact for topics raised in the the “China for China” Demand Process.
• Software Compliance: Drive and assure adherence to software compliance standards and regulations across relevant technical domains.
Technical Business Partner Integrity Management: Manage technical compliance aspects related to business partner integrity, where necessary jointly with the HQ counterparts.
• Expert Consultation & Case Management: Act as the primary contact for software related technical compliance inquiries (GRC/RD, GRC/MP, GRC/PSV), offering expert consultation on China-specific driver assistance and distraction topics, and efficiently managing case resolution., consult for black box software compliance inquiries and provide solutions.
• Knowledge Transfer & Network Building: Design and deliver impactful tCMS training programs, establishing and maintaining a robust multiplier network within GRC/RD, GRC/MP, and GRC/PSV.
• Process Optimization & Assurance: Continuously analyze and optimize tCMS processes against policy C157, driving ongoing improvement and efficiency.
Qualification
• Academic Degree in either Mechanical, Electrical, or Vehicle Engineering or Information Technology (GPA above average).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences in automotive industry, including experience in research and development, and technical governance functions, and with demonstrated track records of extraordinary achievements.
• Ability to distill complex technical compliance topics into clear, actionable analyses and explicit recommendations.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Profound understanding of and genuine interest in technical issues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a keen awareness of cultural nuances, particularly in the Sino German context.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
