Administrative support to director for smooth office management and internal & cross department communication; Manage departmental administrative tasks e.g. organization of department town halls and tours through our test facility for the world.
1. Project Management Work
• Independently assume leadership in organizing project technical meetings—such as Shopfloor sessions, whiteboard reviews, and technical roundtables—ensuring seamless execution through clear communication and effective process coordination.
2. Secretarial support to the Director
• Organize and facilitate meetings
• Proactively communicated and briefed discussion topics in advance.
• Manage travel arrangements to enable smooth operations and stakeholder engagement.
3. Department administrative work and support
• Manage departmental administrative tasks, responded to requests from senior managers and team members.
• Coordinate Townhalls and cultural initiatives to foster team engagement.
• Education
Bachelor degree or above, experience in automotive industry is a strong plus
• Experience
Solid project experience and deep understanding of development process.
Communication and interpersonal skills, team player!
Highly organized, detail-driven and proficient in MS Office tools
Strong English skills in hearing, writing. German language capability is preferred.
