职位描述
Objective of job:
• We are seeking an experienced EEA engineer in system-level design and automotive electronics/hardware/network-related roles. You will work with the principal architectures and other domain experts for our next generation vehicle EEA platforms (ICE/EV), responsible for delivery tangible technical solution. Your core mission is to co-work with domain experts and utilize efficient tools to co-create a future-proof computing platform that lays the foundation system bedrock for our software-defined vehicle strategy.
Task Description:
• E/E Architecture Design and Integration: Design and integrate the vehicle-level electrical/electronic architecture, including network topology, function allocation, signal definition, and power distribution, ensuring seamless collaboration among ECUs.
• Requirements Management, Analysis, documentation: Collect, analyze, and manage functional, performance, and safety requirements for the vehicle E/E system to ensure the architectural design aligns with overall vehicle functional definitions;
• System Modeling and Simulation: Perform system modeling using tools (e.g., PREEvision, SystemWeaver) and conduct simulation-based verification to validate the feasibility and performance of architectural solutions.
• Communication Protocol Design: Design in-vehicle network communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet), including message/signal definition and diagnostic services, ensuring reliable and real-time data communication.
• Work with other EEA expects and suppliers, benchmark competitor EEA solution, communicate with China management and global EEA team to promote China EEA solution.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience: minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive electronics/hardware/network-related roles, ECU, BCM etc. development experience preferred.
• Language: Proficient English writing and speaking skills, German is nice to have.
• Technical requirements:
o Ability to define and optimize vehicle-level E/E architecture, including zonal concepts, domain controllers, and integration with MB.OS or similar platforms. This involves understanding cross-domain dependencies and scalability for future technologies;
o Knowledge of ISO 26262 for functional safety and ISO 21434/R155 for cybersecurity. Engineers must ensure compliance during architecture design and implementation phases;
o Proficiency in automotive communication standards such as CAN/CAN FD, FlexRay, LIN, and Ethernet TSN. These are critical for designing robust and high-bandwidth in-vehicle networks;
o Hands-on experience with architecture modeling and simulation tools like PREEVision, as well as familiarity with V-model development processes, including requirement decomposition, interface definition, and system-level testing;
o Capability to manage hardware abstraction layers and coordinate ECU hardware with software stacks. This includes understanding chipsets, middleware, and gateway solutions for zonal controllers and car computers;
o Good English communication skills (written and spoken); experience in cross-functional and international project collaboration.
