• Define the ADAS functional requirements, including the perception and functional parts in Active Safety function requirements, and responsible for corresponding ASPICE process& documents.
• Coordinate of function activities in iVISTA, C-NCAP, CIASI, GB AEBS, GB/T LKA, GB/T BSM, GB ACPE,etc. and responsible for related testing, documents, and process activities.
• Lead System and Software development process for ADAS function development based on defined requirements, under cooperation with internal/ external Function development team.
• Implement the feature rollout plan and delivery milestone and coordinating with PM/ Carline team.
• Co-lead the integration and validation process, responsible for function release approval.
• Lead issue solving process. Responsible for top issue tracking and analyzing.
• Education
-Master in vehicle engineering, robotics, electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience
-At least 3 year working experience in AD/ADAS System or Software development and working experience in AD/ADAS perception domain.
-Development experience on Active Safety functions (e.g, AEB, LSS and etc.) and on good experience of iVISTA, C-NCAP, CIASI, GB AEBS, GB/T LKA, GB/T BSM, GB ACPE,etc.
-Experience of project execution in Automotive industry
-Hands on development experience AD platforms (ROS, Autoware, Apollo, etc.) preferred.
• Specific Knowledge
-Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language beneficial.
-Skill in MBD(MATLAB/Simulink/ dSpace toolkit) OR C++ programming and scripting languages (Python among others) preferred
-Experience with ASPICE SYS.1 – SYS.3 system requirement
-Inter-cultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels.
-Independent and proactive working style, willingness to travel inside China and abroad to conduct system testing.
-Good driving skills preferred
