New headcount to strengthen planning capability and improve OTIF and inventory performance. The role will: (1) stabilize MRP and planning parameters to reduce shortages and expedite; (2) improve forecast-to-plan alignment to lower DII / inventory value; (3) reduce interplant/warehouse freight by better replenishment planning and execution discipline.
