Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Management
Execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including: • Position analysis and JD optimization aligned with business objectives • Multi-channel recruitment campaign management • Candidate screening and interviewing, and selection processes • Onboarding program implementation and new hire integration
Design and implement streamlined recruitment workflows with measurable KPIs
Develop innovative sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates
Maintain strategic talent pipeline development through proactive candidate engagement
Generate data-driven recruitment analytics and present executive reports (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual)
Optimize hiring processes through continuous improvement initiatives
Manage employee relocation and internal mobility programs
2. General HR Operations
Participate in cross-functional HR projects supporting organizational development
Handle ad-hoc HR operational tasks as business requires
Qualifications & Competencies:
5-10 years HR experience with minimum 5 years internal recruitment specialization
Bachelor's degree or above
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
Strategic business partnering mindset with commercial acumen
Proven project management skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
Self-motivated, innovative, and results-oriented professional
Business fluency in English
