我们正在寻找一名细胞培养实验室研究员，负责日常的生物细胞培养的实验操作及数据分析及部分平台管理工作。
岗位职责：
1. 负责包括细胞培养基的配制、细胞筛选培养，培养工艺优化等在内的实验操作、数据记录、整理和汇总及成果汇报。
Operation, data record and summarizing and presenting involving lab work as media preparation, media screening and process optimization, etc.
2. 运用实验设计及数据分析工具，结合文献调研结果，进行培养基组分优化筛选。
Optimization on media formulation based on the design of experiment and statistical analysis, as well as the interpretation of research papers.
3. 协助实验室经理执行合规管理、文件管理、仪器设备维护及耗材库存管理等。

任职要求：
1. 生命科学、生物制药、生物工程等相关专业硕士学历。
Candidate with a master’s degree in life sciences, biopharmaceuticals, bioengineering or related majors.
2. 在细胞培养工艺开发或生产技术支持领域具备2年以上工作经验。同时具备无血清细胞培养基开发经验者优先。
At least 2 years of work experience in cell culture development or manufacturing technology support. Experience in the development of serum-free cell culture media is preferred.
2. 熟练掌握CHO、HEK293或MSC等细胞培养流程，有2年以上无菌操作经验。同时具备生物反应器操作经验者优先。
Excellent in the cell culture process involving CHO, HEK293 or MSC with at least 2 years of work experience in an aseptic operation. Experience in operation on bioreactors is preferred.
3. 掌握高效液相色谱仪使用及维护者优先。
Expertise in the operation and maintenance of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a plus.
4. 能熟练阅读并理解英文文献、技术资料及行业标准，具有良好的英文书写表达水平。英语口语或者日语流利者优先。
Proficient in reading and interpreting research paper, technical documents, and industry standard in English. Ability to write in English. Fluent verbal communication preferred in English or Japanese.
5. 能熟练使用办公软件。有实验设计及统计分析（Design Expert、JMP、Minitab等）软件使用经验者优先。
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in design of experiment, statistical analysis is preferred.
