职位描述
Job Summary
This position is responsible for following company administration related work, to make sure the daily administration operation is following the process and guideline strictly.

Job Responsibilities
1.To maintain company administration are in process, including booking, monthly bill preparation and checking, contract reviewing, cost controlling etc.
2.To support the creation and preparation of budgets and monthly reports of Shenyang office
3.To provide new employee on-board admin support
4.To working with ADMIN and Office Manger to keep and maintain with good relationship with Landlord and Property Management office of Shenyang office
5.To follow company procurement regulation and process
6.To be responsible for ADMIN vendor selection and regular check, to make sure to following company process and service quality
7.To support company activities to improve employee relationships and communication inside the company
8.To support and coordinate internal meeting organization.
9.To support employee benefits, work when required
10.To Performance other duties assigned by ADMIN and Office Manager with high quality

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.Minimum three years’ admin working experience.
3.Can work independently and under pressure.
4.Good command of English.
5.Strong communication skills.
6.Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
