一、岗位职责Key Responsibilities:

1.内部传播与内容建设：参与内部传播体系规划，负责新闻稿、宣传材料等文案策划与撰写；协助维护企业海内外传播渠道。
Content Creator & Storyteller: Own the development of ourinternal voice. Write, edit, and produce engagingcontent -from company news and announcements to creative campaigns -for our global channels.
2.活动策划与执行：协助策划、组织执行公司级各类文化活动，确保活动效果达成。
Experience Architect: Design, plan, and execute company-wide cultural events and programs that inspire our teams and reinforce our values.
3.流程支持与跨部门协作：参与文化行政流程优化，协助推动跨部门、跨地域协作项目，提升组织运营效率。
Collaboration Catal yst: Work cross-functionally and across regions to streaml ine processes and lead initiatives that enhance how we operate and work together.
4.综合素养：形象气质佳，沟通亲和力强，服务意识与组织协调能力突出；

三、任职要求Qualifications:

1.研究生及以上学历，专业不限。
