Purpose:

Systematically
studies the factors affecting the cost fluctuation and the reasons for the
change, and finds out the ways to reduce the cost. It is helpful to carry out
cost control, evaluate the completion of cost plan correctly, provide important
basis for making cost plan and operation decision, and point out the direction
of cost management work.

Main Responsibilities:

1.Maintain standard cost in SAP based on BOM cost and manufacturing cost rate.

2.Monthly closing for CO module and variance analysis including purchase price variance, production variance and MFG variance.

3.Inventory controlling, cycle counting management.

4. Provide accurate, consistent, and timely analysis and reporting, analyze cost/expense to identify saving potentials and make proposals for operational/financial improvements.

5.Work closely with operation team to support effective business decisions and provide finance analysis.

6.Controlling process improvement.

7.Audit and government support.

8.Other matters arranged by the leader

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related areas

2.4~5 years in manufacturing companies

3.Good at ERP system SAP is preferred. Fluent on MS office, especially EXCEL knowledge

4. Good at oral and written English, CET-4

5. Junior accounting professional title certificate, Solid understanding and experience in costing and analysis

6.Good communication skills, Open-minded, self-driven and proactive, able to take pressure.
