In this role you'll make an impact by:
● Be responsible for phage analysis and dairy application activities in RAC Beijing
● Plan, execute and report on trials to support customer activities and projects.
● Lab phage support for cheese and FreshDairy, assessment of phage watch in China.
● Lab application support for cheese baking test and Fresh Diary when needed
● Be effective, detail-oriented and logical approach to problem-solving.
● Engages with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
● Maintains lab GMP environment and adheres to HACCP policy for all lab activities.
To succeed you must hold:
● Master's degree or higher in dairy education
● Dairy industry work experience
● Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese (oral and written)
● Proficient problem-solving skills and practical aptitude
● Strong team-oriented mindset
● Positive and adaptable attitude
● Quality-focused and detail-oriented
● Methodical and structured work approach
