Lead and support lean transformation (e.g. Daily Management, Material Flow, Quality Control)

Guide and coordinate subcontractor collaboration, especially in warehouse operations (e.g. receiving, inspection, shelf layout)

Improve site productivity and operational efficiency

Facilitate daily meetings and visual management tools
并推动可视化管理工具的应用
Track and analyse site KPIs, taking actions based on devotions

Identify issues and lead problem-solving
发现问题并领导解决问题
Coordinate across teams and cultures
协调跨团队和文化
Support training and onboarding of new processes
支持新流程的培训和上线
Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

职位要求：
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field
工程、运营或相关专业本科以上学历
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or site operations
5年以上制造、装配或现场运营经验
Familiar with lean tools (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, visual management)
熟悉精益工具（5S, Kaizen， PDCA，可视化管理）
Strong coordination and cross-cultural communication skills
较强的协调和跨文化沟通能力
Fluent in both English and Chinese (mandarin)
中英文沟通流利
