Typically requires 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• Broad procurement and operations management experience is preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel capabilities
• Outstanding analytical capabilities
• Demonstrate ability to drive and deliver strategic business plans and initiatives
• Demonstrated cross functional leadership
• Strong negotiation & presentation skills
• Detailed knowledge of product development processes as well as a strong understanding of
manufacturing processes.
• Experienced working with multi-disciplinary groups, driving schedule and tasks
• Experience leading team meetings/syncs
• Experience presenting to executive level management on program status,
recommendations, and priorities
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and requests
• Team player, experienced in collaborating with Operations, Mechanical Engineering/Design
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic global environment
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Professional project management experience is a plus
• High level of personal, professional integrity, and work ethics with a high degree of flexibility
• Able to travel frequently in China region in short notice
• Have a BS/MS degree in relevant field with record of high academic achievements; MBA is a
plus
