Responsible for project HW development:
61 Design, analyze and evaluate technical requirement and design, requiring a high degree of technical expertise.
61 Design and develop testing environment to fulfil the validation of defined technical requirement specification, including Hardware, Software and Mechanical requirements
61 Communicate with suppliers for the testing jig setup and with cross functional teams for the interface and requirement alignment
61 Support the production and customer field issue fix
61 Act as a virtually leader when needed for investigating problems, developing solutions and preparing related recommendations and reports
61 Lead the testing related requirement discussion and clarifications with product management and cross-functional teams
61 Support the successful launch of new products and their transition into serial production.
61 Collaborating with other departments to achieve operational goals such as production and process improvement, cost reduction, and problem-solving.
61 Follow and implement other tasks assigned by line manager.

Required Education & Working Experience教育背景及工作经验:
61 Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science or a related field.
61 Experience in testing design, implementation and management for min. 3 years; lab management experience is a plus
61 Experience in understanding and designing testing to fulfil different global standards, e.g. CE, UL, etc.
61 Experience and a strong understanding of electronics products design and requirement and ability of supporting the design team for product design and debugging
61 Experience in defining & using testing development tools like Labview, Matlab or equivalent
61 Experience in following different project development process, such as Waterfall or Agile
61 Experience in the automation/instrumentation industry with knowledge of relevant standards.
61 Clear English-language writing and speaking for design work and team interactions
61 Comprehensive technical knowledge of relevant technologies for pumps or industrial instrumentation.
