职位描述
Responsibilities of the BDE:
1. Sales of Training Solutions for New Accounts
o Identify and onboard new clients by pitching standardized and customized training solutions through
o Direct penetration (cold outreach, networking, targeted campaigns).
o Partnership channels (alliances with industry associations, consultants, HR platforms).
2. Sales Leads Generation
o Research and build a pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
o Qualify leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
o Maintain a robust CRM database (Salesforce) for tracking leads and opportunities.
3. Market Research
o Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
o Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
4. Support Senior AM/BDM
o Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
o Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
o Participate in client meetings and follow-ups as required.
5. Generate New Business Beyond Training
o Explore and propose additional revenue streams (e.g., WFR subscription, consulting and workplace solutions).
o Cross-sell/upsell related services to existing and new clients.
o Develop partnerships and alliances to expand business reach.
Required Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
o 2+ years of experience in B2B business development/sales support
o Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team and enjoy teamwork.
o Strong command of English both written and verbal. Able to do independent bilingual interpretation in formal business settings.
o Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
o Proved strong Chinese clerical writing skills.
