3、进行暖通系统新建项目调试和验证工作，完成所需要的各类文件。

4、负责暖通系统的维修和维护，管理备品备件和供应商，保证设备的运营可靠性和维修的及时性。进行设备FEMA分析和故障RCA报告。
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the HVAC system, managing spare parts and suppliers, ensuring operational reliability of equipment and timely maintenance. Conducting equipment FEMA analysis and failure RCA reports.
5、起草暖通系统的变更申请，评估质量和安全影响，执行所要求采取的措施以降低风险。

8、管理BMS和EMS系统暖通方面运行，分析月度数据制定优化措施。提供客户需要的趋势图。

9、按时完成暖通系统定期测试和再验证工作。

10、进行相应文挡审核、登记和存档，保证记录的及时、准确和完整。

11、建立和优化相关操作流程，培训并保证严格执行，发现问题及时汇报并主动解决。
