We are currently looking for driven Project Manager with solid Insurance industry and / or prior technical management background, to join our eBaoTech team and be based in Shanghai.
Summary
Communicate with clients to understand their needs, coordinate with development team to understand, and facilitate client’s need fulfillment to respond with the right quality of service; Manage and improve customer satisfaction.
Project Management Responsibilities
• To project manage implementation of Cloud based insurance business digital solution (PaaS+ SaaS) and Provide Management systems to ensure systems meet business KPIs, SLAs.
• Be the face and single point of contact to Japan based client and coordinate implementation with offshore delivery teams.
• Ensure project works are completed on time, on budget and to specification and quality requirements.
• To ensure all audit issues and project risks are managed to meet resolution deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience and capabilities in managing project stakeholders, subject matter experts, third party vendors, contractors.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Our Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Relevant certification in Project Management, CITPM / PMP preferred.
• Experience with the technology on Cloud, PaaS, SaaS, API and related is a plus.
• Strong competency in communication, including spoken, written and presentation in Japanese.
• Able to converse in Japanese. English is a big plus.
• Prior experience and/or knowledge of Insurance Business Operation knowhow is a preferred.
• Minimum 5 years working experience, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager.
• Proven track record in managing a team of offshore developers, vendor, and contractors as a leader.
• High level of integrity and takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
