Your role

As a Business Development Manager - Portable Flow, your mission is to drive and support the development of Dewatering product range (Surface and Submersible pump ranges) sales in the Mainland China for Atlas Copco Portable Flow. You will report to GM- Greater China.

Your key responsibilities will include –

• Full Potential Excellence & Business Development

- Business Development Activities for Surface, Submersible pumps and bolt.

- Study, Analysis and Execution of Full potential for Portable Flow in the Mainland China.

- Regular follow up with key Market to report progress and suggest / execute action plans for achieving targets.

- Driving business development activities within CC and built-up sales and application engineering team as business develops overtime.

- Driving Implementation of sales strategies as per market needs, regulations and dynamics.

• Local to Local – (Product Portfolio development for Submersible and Surface pumps, AC Brand) – In collaboration with Division.

- Identification of localization projects for PC-Wuxi.

- Comprehensive education and competence development.

> Product trainings

> Controller trainings

> Application set up, sizing and support

> Pump sizing and application setup support

• Co-ordination with Div PTS team to provide correct spare parts information, availability, pricing and service training on products.

Education and Experience Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• The successful candidate should have vast experience with Psurface and submersible pumps
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
• Fluency in Mandarin. Excellent presentation and communication skills in Mandarin
• A committed entrepreneurial team player with drive for success and excellent communication skills are essential
• You will need a disciplined approach whilst still being open, approachable, customer focused and highly target motivated
• Willing to travel frequently
