工作内容

• 运用专业知识背景协助团队开展客户合规及申报项目服务
• 在中国及全球税务和会计法规变化的环境下，协助管理团队识别企业客户并制定解决方案
• 为企业提供国际税收相关的咨询和管理，包括海外投资的中资企业和投资中国的跨国企业
• 从税务合规到税务规划，为企业提供专业咨询意见，结合本地和全球税务环境，对企业在扩张、并购、剥离、重组和业务模式变化过程中的税收影响进行理解、分析和阐述
• 与其他税务专业领域团队、其他办公室以及海外成员所紧密合作，完成跨部门和跨境项目的专业交付
• 掌握支柱二相关知识可成为加分项
我们的要求

• 税务、会计、金融、法律或其他相关专业本科及以上学历
• 具备专业会计资格，或中国注册税务师，或律师资格 的优先
• 在会计师事务所（四大优先）、律师事务所、税务机关或大型企业从事税务工作超过两年的经验
• 深入理解税收政策和法规
• 具备出色的数据分析能力，高度致力于提供高质量的客户服务
• 出色的咨询能力、沟通能力、主动性、团队合作精神以及抗压能力
• 成熟、积极主动、尽职尽责、富有积极性，并具备强烈的团队合作精神
• 出色的项目管理和人际交往能力

Work You'll Do
• Applies technical knowledge when assisting leadership in client compliance and reporting projects
• Assists managers or above in identifying and developing solutions for corporate clients in view of changes in tax and accounting regulations in China and globally
• Leads China and/or cross-border corporate tax related projects for clients, including inbound multinational companies and Chinese companies going abroad
• Advises on a wide range of business tax matters from compliance to planning, including understanding and explaining the implications of expansion, acquisition, divestment, reorganization and business model changes in local and international contexts, with a focus on cross-border issues
• Works closely with other tax specialist teams and other Deloitte offices in China or overseas to deliver cross-functional and/or cross-borders projects
• Pillar Two knowledge is a strong plus
We are looking for someone with
• Bachelor's degree or above in tax, accounting, finance, law or other related disciplines
• Professional accounting qualification or PRC registered tax agent or lawyer is strong plus
• Over 2 years of experience in tax function with CPA firms (Big 4 experience is preferred), law firms, tax authorities or large corporation
• In-depth understanding of tax policies, rules and regulations
• Strong analytical and highly commitment to quality client service
• Strong consultation skills, communication skills, self-initiation, teamwork spirit and willingness to work under pressure
• Be mature, proactive, committed, motivated with strong sense of teamwork
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
• Good written and oral communication skills in English, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills.
