Responsibilities :

1）Assist team seniors on licensing issues
2）Review on legal and compliance contracts and documentation
3）Handle and implement compliance requests with internal stakeholders to enhance the internal controls and procedures as well as the system of the Company
4）Liaise compliance training


Requirements :
1）Basic knowledge in rules and regulations of Securities and Futures Commission and relevant regulatory requirements
2）Self-motivated, detailed oriented with good inter-personal skill
3）Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
