- Assess and assign pre-defined building space according to prioritized area utilization; negotiate usage of space with the design team, coordination of space drawings and coordination of services within the project team.

- Be an integrated part of the project team and liaise with the assigned consulting engineers, architects, contractors, etc.

- Coordinate and facilitate multidisciplinary meetings with regard to design coordination

- Being familiar with design software applications in 2D and 3D

- Develop drawing coordination library structures and technology to the project discipline team

- Provide Interface to the Project Design Manager in all questions of design applications and engineering efficiency.

- Supervise the CAD design within the plant coordination team.

Requirements:

- Sufficient technical knowledge and project design and coordination experience in piping, ductwork and electrical routing design for all kind of industrial projects (semiconductor, pharmaceutical or chemical industry)

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD (newest versions), ACAD Plant 3D, Building Design Suite / Revit as well as other engineering CAD applications

- Experience with 3D CAD applications such as Revit, Bentley or PDS

- Good communication skills in Chinese and English

- Ability to cooperate within a local team of designers and engineers

- Full mobility within China to be assigned to project locations
