【职位描述】
Main Job Purpose:
This role leads end-to-end (E2E) supply chain innovation planning and project management for the Home Care business unit in China. Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chian) to ensure smooth execution of new product launches. Drive the long-term supply chain strategy, including sourcing, capacity planning, and gross margin improvement, ensuring alignment with BU objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Innovation Execution
1) Work as the contact window of China Home Care Supply Chain, ensuring alignment of innovation projects (e.g., new product development, packaging changes) with supply chain capabilities and resource.
2) Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop feasible launch plans, ensuring on-time market delivery without any quality issue.
3) Define and implement long-term supply chain strategies, including capacity optimization, cost-efficient sourcing, and resilience.

2. Financial & Operational Excellence
1) Have basic knowledge on P&L.
2) Manage supply chain costs, gross margin enhancement, and waste reduction initiatives.
3) Analyze financial and operational data (using Power BI, Excel) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

3. Project Management
1) Lead project management with project team, ensuring the alignment with business target.
2) Resolve bottlenecks through proactive problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
1) Partner with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain E2E teams to integrate supply chain requirements into product design and launch plans.
2) Lead process improvements to enhance cost and complexity across the supply chain.

Required Qualifications:
1. Experience: 2+ years in E2E supply chain management, including innovation project planner, customer operation, manufacture and cross-functional collaboration.
2. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Project; hands-on experience with SAP.
3. Analytical Abilities: Strong numerical and financial acumen with expertise in data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:
