Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Act as the primary liaison to corporate offices and contact lenses vendors, delivering regular insights on market trends, consumer behavior (CRM), and competitive dynamics.
Business Evolution: Drive continuous improvement in the optical category, identifying new growth opportunities and optimizing existing product lines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with merchandising (corporate), marketing, retail operations, and business to ensure seamless execution of product strategies.
Performance Management: Monitor category performance metrics, analyze sales data, and lead initiatives to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above from top Chinese university e.g. 985, 211.
5+ years of experience in retail product management or merchandising, preferably in the optical (contact lenses) sector.
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Proven track record of influencing corporate stakeholders and driving product innovation.
Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and data interpretation skills.
