KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Proactively manage and qualify customer enquiries to ensure timely and accurate responses
● Drive the preparation of technical documentation by coordinating with the Business Line sales engineers and Engineering department, ensuring all proposals align with both customer needs and MacGregor’s technical capabilities
● Make technical presentations and demonstrate how products meet client needs.
● Actively contribute to and ensure technical alignment in firm bid reviews and sales kick-off sessions.
● Responsible for technical client interface, including traveling to meet customers and presenting technical solutions.
● Ensure all activities comply with the MacGregor Code of Conduct, Integrated Management System (IMS), and local QHSE rules.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
● B.Eng / Sc. or M. Eng / Sc. in Mechanical, Marine, or Offshore Engineering
● Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, sales support, or technical sales, preferably from the Marine/Offshore industry.
● Fluent in English
● Ability to work independently
● Strong communication skills
● Commercial mindset
● Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
