YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Disseminate, clarify, and educate on scientific data, study protocols, meeting abstracts, and professional literature through innovative TL engagement formats.
- Identify, profile, and segment Thought Leaders (TLs) in alignment with medical strategy and integrated brand plans.
- Contribute to internal understanding of TLs’ interests, expertise, and influence in the medical community.
- Submit timely reports of field interactions and events.
- Track activities against Performance Management Plan (PMP) objectives and the country medical activity plan.
- Respond to medical and scientific inquiries from Medical Societies regarding BHC products.
- Provide internal and external scientific support, training, and education.
- Assist Medical Advisors and Market Access teams.
- Support presentations of new data to hospital formularies and reimbursement decision-makers.
WHO YOU ARE
- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacology, or related field; MD or PhD preferred.
- Good knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas.
- Understanding of clinical trial design and rationale.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Capable of initiating, organizing, and executing academic events.
- High interpersonal awareness and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Fluent in English, especially in reading scientific literature.
- Ability to extract insights from data is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical or pharmaceutical industry experience.
