YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- confirm new site supply chain operation requirements as needed, according to the project scope statement and latest China / Russia / EU regulation requirements.
- Lead to confirm new site supply chain operation related design and acceptance check.
- Lead to build / develop and manage supply chain operation team according to DSO operation model, to fulfill new site launch plan.
- Lead to complete new ASRS warehouse technical solution / URS development, installation, commissioning, qualification and validation.
- Lead to develop / execute and manage SCM operation procedures to fully comply with latest China / Russia / EU regulation requirements and Bayer internal policies / procedures, according to new site launch plan
- Coordinate the technical transfers from existing site to new site.
- Coordinate the Skyfall TT at new site, according to new site launch plan and Skyfall plan. (Transfer products from other sites to Qidong site)
- Lead to maintain the new warehouse in good GMP / HSE condition.
- Lead to complete existing site warehouse equipment / facilities relocation plan development & execution, to fulfill new site launch plan and site transferplan.
- Work with DT/IT leader to complete SCM operation digitalization as planned
- Complete other assigned activities as required.
WHO YOU ARE
- Education: Pharmaceutics or relevant bachelor degree or above (or intermediate professional and technical titles).
- Experience: 8 years or more working experience in pharmaceutical related area, minimum 5 year in supply chain department.
- Knowledge & Skills: - Good knowledge on Chinese & international GMP etc.
- Fluent English in written and in reading and spoken
- Good communication skill - Leadership and Strong team spirit
