YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Disseminate, clarify, and educate on scientific data, study protocols, meeting abstracts, and professional literature through innovative TL engagement formats.
- Identify, profile, and segment Thought Leaders (TLs) based on expertise, interests, and influence in alignment with medical strategy.
- Contribute to TL engagement strategy and planning as part of the integrated brand plan.
- Submit timely reports of field interactions and scientific events.
- Track activities against Personal Management Plan (PMP) objectives and the country medical activity plan.
- Respond to medical and scientific queries from medical societies regarding BHC products.
- Provide scientific support and training to internal teams including Medical Advisors and Market Access.
- Support presentations of new information to hospital formularies and reimbursement decision-makers.
- Initiate, organize, and execute academic events such as advisory boards, symposia, and scientific meetings.
WHO YOU ARE
- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacology, or a related field; MD or PhD preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas.
- Understanding of clinical trial design and rationale.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build productive relationships internally and externally.
- Self-driven with strong results orientation.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Experience in organizing and executing academic events.
- Demonstrated business insights.
- Fluent in English, especially in reading scientific literature.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel as required.
