YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSBILITIES

• Collect and Key in sales flow information make consolidation
• Check and update sales flow information and keep proper record
• Establish and maintain regional customer master data
• Provide and maintain hospital &drugstore sell in database
• Assist Regional Sales Manager to manage the sales promotion expense by double checking the vouchers and consolidating the data to ensure its aligning with budget
• Arrange regional cycle meetings for sales team periodically in terms of logistic support
• Manage the storage room for promotion gimmicks and maintain an accurate record
• Assist HR to coordinate sales staff on board and leaving info recording within required time

WHO YOU ARE

• College degree or above
• More than 5 years working experience in related fields
• Good English reading and writing skills, master user of Microsoft software
