YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee goods receipt, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch; ensure SAP postings and documentation accuracy. 管理收货、上 架、存储、拣选、包装及发运，确保SAP过账及单据准确。
- Maintain warehouse 5S, environmental controls, and compliance with GMP/GDP; lead cycle counts and inventory accuracy improvement. 保持仓库 5S、环境控制，确保GMP/GDP合规；执行循环盘点并提升库存准确率。
- Ensure training compliance, SOP adherence, and audit readiness; manage deviations and CAPA closure. 确保培训合规、遵守SOP并保持审计准备 状态；管理偏差及CAPA关闭。
- Enforce HSE standards and manage risk in hazardous areas (e.g., dangerous goods storage). 执行HSE标准，管理危险区域（如危险品库）的风 险。 • Lead and coach warehouse team; plan staffing and performance development. 带领并辅导仓库团队，规划排班及绩效发展。
- Digitalization / 数字化： Implement and optimize WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP EWM/WM) and integrate with automation systems (AGV, AS/RS, barcode/RFID). 实施并优化WMS/ERP （如SAP EWM/WM），并与自动化系统（AGV、立库、条码/RFID）集成。
- Promote paperless operations, electronic signatures, andreal-time dashboards (Power BI/Tableau). 推动无纸化操作、电子签名及实时可视化看板 （Power BI/Tableau）。
- Ensure GxP compliance for digital systems, including GAMP5 validation and data integrity. 确保数字系统符合GxP要求，包括GAMP5验证及 数据完整性。
- Lead warehouse digital improvement projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost performance. 主导仓库数字化改进项目，提升效率、准确率 及成本表现。
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field; 3–5+ years warehouse experience in GMP/GDP environment. 本科及以上学 历，供应链、物流或相关专业；3–5年以上GMP/GDP环境仓库经验。
- Proficient in SAP WM/EWM and WMS; knowledge of automation and digital tools preferred. 熟练掌握SAP WM/EWM及WMS；了解自动化及数字化工具 者优先。
- Experience in digitalization projects (WMS implementation, system integration, dashboards). 具备数字化项目经验（WMS实施、系统集成、可视化 看板）。
- Understanding of GAMP5, data integrity, and validation in regulated environments. 了解GAMP5数据完整性及受监管环境下的验证要求。
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; bilingualin Chinese and English. 具备良好的领导力、沟通及问题解决能力； 中英文双语。
