YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver annual financial target.
- Independently manage and cooperate with Strategic Channel Partners (SCPs), drive commercial policy as well as track business progress.
- Independently manage the network and relationship of Bayer Strategic Retailers (BSRs) and serve mega growers.
- Independently drive demand generation plan and execution.
- Independently develop and drive business plan, forecast consumption progress accurately in a timely manner, map out business upside and downside as well as take proactive actions.
- Manage individual T&E and P&I plan and execution as well.
- Report complaint in time and support investigation on the complaint.
- Coordinate and drive third party promotion relevant.
- 达成年度财务指标。
- 独立管理且与战略渠道伙伴(SCPs)合作,落实商务政策并跟进业务进展。
- 独立管理拜耳战略零售商(BSRs)网络,并为大型种植者提供优质服务。
- 独立落实需求拉动工作的计划与执行。
- 独立开发并落实商业计划,及时、准确预测消耗进展,规划业务机会和风险并主动采取行动。
- 管理个人差旅及宣传推广费用的计划与执行。
- 及时报告投诉事件并协助相关调查工作。
- 协调并落实第三方推广工作。
WHO YOU ARE
- Education: Bachelor degree in agriculture or business
- Skill: Communication, presentation, knowledge on crop protection & negotiation
- Experience: 5 years relevant
- Personal characteristic: Be positive, willing to win and deliver results as well as travel frequently
