岗位职责:

该职位职责覆盖策略制定、团队管理、患者管理、人员调度、跨部门协作、人员培训、营销、政策整合等多个方面，聚焦医疗康复领域的管理与协作。
1) 与团队合作制定物理治疗/作业治疗/言语治疗团队的宏观与微观策略；开发并评估梯队建设。
2）监督、安排团队的工作量及排班，提升门诊业务的发展。
3）管理部门治疗师的工作排班。
4）与医生、护理团队紧密合作，及时接收和反馈患者的情况和治疗进展等相关信息；拉通需要团队特别关注的患者信息。
5）培训、提升团队临床技能。
6）积极参与市场工作。
7）与多学科团队密切合作，确保UFH政策的无缝整合。
8）制定并实施计划，从专业院校筛选和培训新的物理治疗/职业治疗/言语治疗毕业生，以期加入UFH。
• Working with team to formulate macro & micro strategies for PT/OT/ST units; developing and reviewing human capital.
• Maintain a decent workload/schedule of patients & develop self OPD clinics.
• Cooperating with other healthcare staff to supply and receive relevant information about the background and progress of patients; and referring patients who need other specific medical attention;
• Provide trainings to improve the Therapists' clinical skills;
• Attend the marketing work.
• Works closely with MDT team to ensure seamless integration of UFH policies.
• To implement & formulate programs to identify & train new PT/OT/ST graduates from local institutions with the view of joining UFH.

1）持有有效的中国高级康复治疗师执照；
2）对患者的健康与福祉怀有真切的关怀；
3）在特定专业领域具备丰富的康复治疗师工作经验；
4）具备良好的英语水平；
5）能够在上级的指导下，开展自我评估并承担高强度工作任务。
• Valid Chinese advance rehabilitation therapist license;
• A genuine concern for the wellbeing and health of patients;
• Efficient rehabilitation therapist experience in specific expertise;
• Good English level;
• Capable of self-evaluation and high workloads under Director’s supervision.
