Responsibilities:
1. Trade marketing support for sales and customers: prepare marketing trend reports including but not limited to beverage chain, bakery, ice cream, yoghurt and start customers’ menu insights, present to KA customers based on the needs to drive sales
为销售和客户提供通路行销支持:为饮品、烘焙、冰淇淋、酸奶渠道客户提供市场趋势报告,及客户菜单的见解,根据需求呈现给KA客户以推动销售
2. Data support: Responsible for analyzing internal sales data, gathering market intelligence information and writing regular marketing competitiveness reports. New product sales performance tracking & activity support, promotion plan & tracking
数据支持:负责分析内部销售数据,收集市场情报信息,撰写定期营销竞争力报告。新产品销售业绩跟踪和活动支持,促销计划和跟进
3. Events coordination: Ensure smooth execution of key events through cross functional communication and agency management. Co-branding, Local events & sponsorship support
重要活动的协调:通过跨部门沟通和代理商的合作,确保品牌联盟及重要活动的顺利执行。
4. POSM development: Lead design of POSM/ display tools/ communication materials, guide and supervise the production and delivery.
POSM的开发:负责POSM的设计/展示工具/宣传材料的设计,指导和监督生产和交付。
Qualification &Requirements:
1. Minimum 2-years marketing/ trade marketing experiences in global food/beverage/flavoring enterprises with basic knowledge and insight of modern trade channel.
至少2年全球食品/饮料/调味品企业的市场或通路行销相关经验,具有现代通路渠道的基本知识和洞察力。
2. Bachelor education level or above, preferably major in Marketing or Food Science
本科以上学历,市场营销或食品科学专业优先。
3. Fluent in oral and writing English, French is a plus.
流利的英语口语和写作,法语是一个加分项。
4. Good communication skills and excellent execution capability. Quick learner and good team player with strong sense of responsibility

5. Capability on data interpretation and analysis 数据理解和分析能力
6. Proficient writing skills and presentation skills, familiar with Office software operation.
