General Work Summary:
Responsible for trade marketing events, project
management, departments and resources coordination, budget control
负责通路行销活动,统筹管理整个项目,协调部门和资源,管理预算
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning,
designing and executing the company's marketing activities, including but not
limited to competitions, exhibitions, conferences, conferences, promotional
activities, etc. Write the event planning and execution details, activity process,
time schedule, etc., manage the budget and personnel co-ordination, and ensure
the smooth development of marketing activities and achieve goals.
负责规划、设计和执行公司的市场活动,包括但不限于比赛、展会、会议、发布会、推广活动等。撰写活动策划执行细案、活动流程、时间推进表等,管理预算和人员统筹,确保市场活动的顺利开展和达成目标。
2. Responsible for the management of materials related
to activities, external needs to connect with suppliers for design, production
and warehousing, etc., and communicate with relevant personnel of the company
internally about material progress and lists.
负责活动相关物料的管理,对外需要和供应商对接设计、制作和入库等事项,对内和公司相关人员沟通物料进度和清单等。
3. Responsible for following up the effect and benefits of the activity, analyzing, evaluating and summarizing the data and results of the activity, and timely feedback and solving the problems arising in the activity, so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of the activity.
负责跟进活动的效果和效益,对活动的数据和结果进行分析,评估和总结,对活动中出现的问题及时反馈和解决,以提升活动的执行效率和效果。
4. Coordinate with relevant departments and partners to ensure that marketing activities are properly resourced and timed to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
协调相关部门和合作伙伴,确保市场活动的资源和时间安排合理,以最大限度地提升活动效果和投资回报。

Qualification &Requirements:
1. Minimum 1-year marketing/ trade marketing
experiences,preferable in global food/beverage/flavoring
enterprises with events management and execution experiences.
至少1年市场或通路行销相关经验,最好是在全球食品/饮料/调味品企业具有活动管理和执行经验。
2. Bachelor education level or above, preferably major in Marketing or Food Science
本科以上学历,市场营销或食品科学专业优先。
3. Excellent verbal and communication skills。
出色的口头表达和沟通能力。
4. Fluent in English and French.
流利的英语和法语。
5. Excellent execution capability. Quick learner and good team player with strong sense of responsibility
良好的的执行能力。学习能力强,团队合作精神强,责任心强。
6. Proficient writing skills and presentationskills, familiar with Office software operation.
熟练的文字功底和表达技巧,熟悉Office软件操作
7. Able to work under pressure and limited timing,with strong initiative and positive thinking

8. Able to travel a lot
