What You’ll Be Doing

Overall planning, design, and optimization of production processes to improve efficiency and product quality.

1. Development of employee skills training system materials

2. Evaluation and improvement of new product ramp-up processes

3. Responsible for production line capacity analysis and providing reasonable staffing suggestions

4. Responsible for improvements related to production, operations, and design of auxiliary production tools

5. Responsible for drawing the factory layout to enhance factory tourability and improve logistics and transportation efficiency

6. Increase factory automation and digital coverage through automation and digitalization import

What We're Looking For

1、Fluent in English
2、Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of production experience
3、Proficient in IE and Lean Production theory, familiar with CAD drawing
4、Good communication and coordination skills
