Lead customer quality, Ensure fast response for customer quality;
Ensure the integration of local management system is compliant to agreed customer requirements, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO50001, CRAA, etc.
Responsible for customer quality:
• Communicate and drive Customer Quality Issues, improve customer quality PPM
• To create and manage a data base to measure the recurrence of the failure modes
• Work close to the Field Systems Engineer, Sales and Application to understand the customer usage of the product at their assembly location
• Support Local Inspection Centers to ensure a valid and fast response to customers.
• 8D released to customer within 30 days.
Resposible for local management system, cooperate with global QMS specialist:
• Facilitate the development, mantainance and implementation of local standards, documents as supplementary procedures, tools to the corresponding BOCK and ISO processes
• Establish local document control procedures according to QMS requirements
• Ensure that R&R for QMS and processes is defined and understood by Managers and employees
• Manage supplier part PPAP
• Maintain/Lead a running internal ISO/IATF 16949 audit plan
• Maintain product certificate: ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO50001, CRAA and so on
• Support the factory with customer audits
• Cooperate for external gage calibration
• Bachelor or above degree, with more than 3 years experience of quality relate work
• Knowledge and experience on ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO50001/ISO14001
• Knowledge of quality tool: PFMEA, CP, 8D, etc.
• Experience of compressor product is prefered
• English can be used as working language
