What You’ll Be Doing

• IT technical support and advisory：Provide IT support, advisory and consultancy to the Danfoss Group
• Installation & Configuration：Install and configure IT hardware and software
• Manage IT tickets：Answer phone calls, register, monitor queues and resolve IT-related tasks
• Analyzing Business needs：Analyze business needs and take necessary actions
• Documentation and IT advisory：Create or request knowledge and other documentation useful for IT Services
• Collaboration & Escalation：Collaborate and escalate across the Danfoss Group Digital & IT organization

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Able to support IT corporate requirements outside the normal business hours.
• Ability to travel as needed to deploy and support corporate offices.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Mature communication skills both verbal and written in English.
