Key Responsibilities:
• Professional Image & Client Reception: Act as the firm's ambassador by greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing visitor registration to ensure a welcoming and professional reception environment.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage conference room bookings, assist with meeting setup, and maintain inventory of supplies for the reception and common areas.
• Administrative Support & Professionalism: Provide administrative assistance, collaborate effectively with the team, maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and accountability.
Essential Requirements:
• Education: We welcome applications from international students eligible to intern in China: Undergraduates in their third or fourth year and postgraduate students (international).
• Communication: Native or equivalent proficiency in English and fluent Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) with clear, confident, and articulate communication.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Adaptability & Initiative: A proactive problem-solver, eager to learn, and able to anticipate needs.
