Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct recruiting activities for assigned functions;
2. Manage all employee's life circle, including employment, onboard training, probation, transfer, leaving process etc. ;
3. Communicate with shop-floor people proactively and support them with value-adding initiatives, be a close HR partner to the shop-floor management;
4. Responsible for monthly plant attendance/OT/Leave record management, data checking, report summary and ensure accuracy and on time delivery;
5. Maintain HR data and personal information are accurate and updated in all related system;
6. Support manager for training plan implementation and organize training activities;
7. Develop and implement activities to build good company image and culture;
8. Responsible for wellbeing program in organization, employee feedback analysis, improvement plan, etc.;
9. Build up efficient communication channels and ways through company and employees;
10. Continuous improvement on better working environment;
11. In all activities act towards Sandvik Complicance and Code of Conduct rules and follow principles for EHS responsible behavior;
12. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above with the major of business administration, Human Resource or related field;
2. 5+years of experience in HR;
3. Have wide general knowledge about Talent Acquisition, Training&Development, Employee well-being, China Labor Law;
4. Some experiences in working as HR Generalist role in manufacturing operations;
5. Has decent influence ability to other employees as of counseling role of company policy, core value and right behavior;
6. Decent interpersonal skills, can approach people proactively can train/coach;
7. Good application of computer and office software;
8. Customer focused and self-driven;
9. Be accountable and trustworthy;
10. High ownership and good team player.
