Job Responsibilities:
1. Support ISG Inventory and EO E2E management operation. Partner with GSC Operation team to drive achieve finance target.
2. Work with operation team understand the business to continue improve data accuracy, transparency, completion, enhance process, and develop AI tool with more digitalization improve efficiency.
3. Focus on financial KPI methodology synergy work together with corporate team/GEO a/GSC Operation team especially on DPO and DOI Improvement to achieve overall WCC YOY improvement
4. Work with group finance to support external audit review and reporting requirement

Job Requirements:
1. 8 year plus working experience related to overall Finance including FP&A &Finance BP
2. Supply Chain Operation, Supply/Demand/Inventory Experience is highly appreciated
3. Manufacturing Finance BP Or Supply chain Operation Finance BP working experience is a big plus
4. Good communication required , Ability to drive action across functions
5. Fluent in English
