职位描述

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing full secretarial support to the department. Major duties are as follows:-

- Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner

- Arrange meetings and business trips

- Handle expense claims, typing and filing

- Update annual leave records and staff plan for the department

- Assist in organising social events within the department

- Manage new joiner arrangements

- Assist in Ad hoc projects

- Provide secretarial cover to other departments as required

Experience & Background

- Bachelor or above with formal secretarial training with a minimum of one years experience or a recent graduate with good learning attitude is welcome

- Good team player and ability to mix with all levels of staff

- Good typing and computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word

- Good spoken English and Mandarin

- 部门的内、外联络,完成部门领导安排的日常工作

- 确定并安排会议时间,负责会议材料的整理、存档工作

- 更新员工假期记录,负责部门人员工作安排的整理、汇总

- 组织协调部门活动 - 新员工入职安排,协调员工培训

- 协助处理突发事件和紧迫事务 - 与其他部门保持顺畅沟通,并完成相关行政事务性工作

经验要求

- 本科或以上学历

- 一年以上文秘行政相关工作经验或相关专业应届毕业生

- 熟练掌握MS 办公软件基本操作,包括Word,Excel,PowerPoint等

- 接受能力强,善于学习新知识,有较强的沟通和协调能力;具有合作精神

- 日常英语交流自如
