CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensures the quality of financial data/disclosure and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
· Establishes and oversees processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information.
· Implement internal controls regarding financial and monitor internal controls on non-financial operations.
· Liaise with internal and external auditors on the accounting and reporting issues. Facilitates resolution of issues identified during internal and external audits.
· Lead initiatives like continuous improvement, lean and digitalization within department.
· Early warning on unexpected variations and propose action plan.
· Monitors progress achieved and provides insight and analysis to support operational decision-making.
· Analyze and provide insight into cost structure, productivity , product profitability, product costing, production variances, over/under-absorption, inventory analysis, etc.

Knowledge, Skill, Experience
− Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years relevant working experience.
− Good understanding of USGAAP, PRC GAAP and PRC tax policy.
− Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems.
− Proved skills in analysis and related tools.
− Project management skills.
− Good communication skills.
− Fluent in speaking and writing English.
− Capabilities in AI and digital tools will be a plus.
