- In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.

- You will be mainly accountable for:
- 1. Responsible for developing and optimizing the assembly process of H71~250 three-phase asynchronous motor and PM motor, including stator pressing, cable connection, components assembly, painting and necessary machining (such as spigot turning), capacity analysis, workshop relayout, etc., Instruct technician to prepare and organize the work instruction, and develop the quality control plan.
- 2. Participate in proposal design review of the new prototype and develop the suitable assembly process until the mass production, including asynchronous motor and PM motor.
- 3. Responsible for the communication and management of related equipment suppliers. Responsible for new equipment technical agreement preparation, as well as equipment adjustment and acceptance of the new equipment.
- 4. Support production to solve the manufacturing, process, and quality problems effectively and promptly during the rotor manufacturing process.
- 5. Responsible for mold and device design and management.Identify the capacity bottleneck during the process, optimize the process of product implementation, and propose necessary process upgrading to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
- 6. Responsible for the daily audit and supervision of process discipline in the workshop. Such as the production process, equipment operation, the use and maintenance of tools and molds, etc.

- Education(Level): Bachelor's degree or above is preferred
- Major: Mechanical engineering or related
- Language: Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and good oral and written English
- PC Skills: 3D software: Solidworks, CAD, etc.
- Personality: Positive, proactive, optimistic, capable of working independently and good at communication
- Professional experience and skills:
- 1, More than 5 years of working experience related to assembly process
- 2, Familiar with components machining process
- 3, With strong abilities of operating
