Description of Position (Roles & Responsibilities)
1.Utilizing systems and tools to control the manufacturing quality to ensure that products meet expectations throughout their lifecycle
2.Implementing internal controls to verify that processes meet quality requirements and making sure that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating risks
3.Evaluate risks, problems and solutions in manufacturing process from product point of view when there is an engineering change or manufacturing process change.
4.Preventive actions, and process improvements to reduce cost of quality
5.Establishing a structured approach to improve suppliers’ quality system management and quality reliability, drive consistency to quality procedures
6.Monitoring supplier non-conformance performance and leading to drive root-cause analyses, corrective actions; control non-conformance and cost of quality

Qualification:
1.University degree with major in engineering or similar fields, master degree is preferred.
2.Familiar with the manufacturing process and control requirements at each stage, and have experience in the implementation of quality control in manufacturing.
3.Experience of Drive or industrial electrical equipment manufacturing
4.Familiar with Problem solving, FMEA, Control Plans, APQP, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
5. Knowledge of drive manufacturing process preferred.
6.Knowledge of SAP, Windchill, or Document Control systems are a plus
7.Good project planning skills, strong initiative to complete projects, works well both independently and in team environment.
8.More than 3 years working experience, good written and spoken communication skills, fluent in English
