Introduction

Qingdao City Huangdao District Human Resources Co., Ltd. was established in May 2003. It is the first state-owned enterprise specialized in labor dispatch, human resources development and management in Huangdao District, which was established by Qingdao Development Zone Talent Exchange Center and fully invested by Qingdao Haixi City Investment Co., Ltd. subordinated to Huangdao District SASAC. Since the Inception of the company, we worked with Qingdao Haier Group, CMST Development Co,.Ltd, Bank of China Qingdao Branch, Qingdao Local Taxation Bureau and other large enterprises, institutions cooperation, which was regarded as an opportunity to create the precedent for the form of Labor Dispatch in Qingdao.
