上海铁洋多式联运有限公司是是首家中铁集装箱公司与外资企业合资从事铁路集装箱运输业务的公司。中铁铁龙集装箱物流股份有限公司、中铁集装箱运输有限责任公司和丹麦A.P.穆勒集团为其共同出资方。其中控股股东中铁铁龙集装箱物流股份有限公司是中国铁路第一家A股上市公司，也是中国铁路特种集装箱唯一的经营主体。

公司总部设在上海，自1996年建立以来，随着业务不断的拓展，已获得国家A级货运代理企业、中国无船承运业务经营资格企业、进出口收发货人资质、化学品运输资质。境内外网络遍布6个地区，覆盖华北、东北、华南、西南及西北各大区域，境外阿拉木图设立办事处，可全程系统追踪掌握铁路运输货物情况。

Brief introduction:

Shanghai Tieyang Multimodal Transport (TMT) is a joint venture between the Chinese Ministry of Railways and Maersk China. The company was established in 1996 and focusing on international intermodal transport in China.

TMT’s head office is located in Shanghai, with over 20 years business development, its service network has covered all over the China, and with Alma-Ata office established, the service ability of cross boarder transportation has been enhanced, and through GPS to realize remote control and tracking.

Presently the company has a fleet of some 40 owned and chartered vessels and transports a diverse range of commodities in excess of 600,000 teu utilizing a full service network of owned agencies in all markets served.

Currently, CRT special container logistic department authorized subsidiary TMT to handle cross boarder container transportation, TMT provide integrated transportation, information and logistics solutions , as long as the professional service to all the clients.
