Tasks:
Planning, management and control tasks:
- Support and relationship maintenance of customer and supplier under the framework of monitoring customer delivery quality (e.g. through centralized defects judgment, limit sample regulation etc.)

- Handling of complaints from customer and supplier

- Supervise and support portal website of customer in order to record complaints

- Supplier management (for example: quality meetings, assurance measure formulation, e.g. Q-Wall/categorization, centralized defects judgment etc.) in order to ensure the required quality of raw materials, implemented with external services if necessary

- Assist in preparing process document (goods information etc.)

- Give support to transfer of production process (injection and installation)

- Skip-Lot management for examining incoming goods of relevant production department

- Assist in relevant jobs to internal process acceptance and responsibility assigned by project organization (e.g. involvement in team meeting of project organization)

- Give support to quality (involvement in project organization) when projects of relevant production department are resumed

Requirements:
- Graduated from professional training in the field of plastic technology or production technology

- Be independent and with diplomatic manners when meeting with customers and suppliers

- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
