岗位职责及要求
I. 职位概述（Job Summary）
根据公司的年度目标，制定季度目标&月度目标，将生产目标逐一分解下达，监督检查其实施过程及完成效果。
建立公司物流战略方针，负责物流、物料控制、进出口、仓库等部门的管理工作，持续完善物流体系管理制度及流程，保障生产的正常运行，

II. 工作职责 Responsibility
1、 建立生产控制和物料控制系统;持续改进系统建设和系统执行；
Setting up production control and material control system; continuous improvement of system and system execution.
2、 依总公司下达之年度目标制订年度生产计划及机器设备需求计划；
Follow group annual target to make company annual plan and equipment plan
3、 制定季度和月度生产目标，审核并保证生产计划的顺利；与相关部门合作实现，确保LIP达标；
Signing of quarterly & monthly production plan, review and execution. work with related department to achieve it; to make sure LIP meet target
4、 负责平稳生产，库存控制在合理的水平；负责合理产能分配和***化产出；
Responsible for smooth production, control inventory to a proper level; Responsible for capacity allocation and max out.
5、 审核物资需求计划确保生产正常进行；
Review MRB plan and make sure material 100% on schedule to make sure product running smoothly
6、 制定仓库年度管理目标，提高仓库管理水平；包括原物料，成品，备品备件及工具等
Set up annual warehouse target, increase warehouse management level. Include raw material, finish goods, spare parts and tools
7、 监督实施物流体系职责与管理标准，合理优化仓储管理工作方法及流程，有效控制仓库运作成本；
Supervise the implementation of logistics system responsibilities and management standards, optimize the working methods and processes of warehouse management, and effectively control the operation cost.
8、 审核盘点计划，保证库存数量真实准确和货物安全；
Review inventory plan, ensure inventory quantity is true and accurate and products safety.
9、 负责原材料、成品的物流工作;
Responsible for the Logistics raw materials, finished goods, shipping documentation.
10 有效地管理进出口业务，确保公司货物进、出顺利，准确合规的申报, 标准化操作流程，优化贸易系统CTM；
负责贸易合规相关审核（包括AEO审核）
Manage the import and export business effectively, handle Company goods inbound and outbound
smoothly and correctly. Standardization and optimize process, including CTM system. Responsible for trade compliance (including AEO) review
11. 与海关和其他政府机构保持积极的关系，及时了解新规以便实施和解
Keep positive relationship with customs and other government agencies to understand new regulations in advance for implementation and problem solving.
12. 完成副总经理及计划总监交办事宜。
Finish A&T VP & planning director assigned case.

III.任职条件 Job Requirements
1.教育背景Education Background:
■ 本科Bachelor ■ 研究生 master ■ 研究生以上 Above
2.专业要求Major Requirements
供应链管理、物流管理、电子商务、工商管理等
3.工作经验Working Experience:
■ 15 年以上相关经验 Over 15 years relevant work experience
■ 10年以上管理经验 Over 10 years relevant management experience
4.语言能力Language level:
英文English, level CET-4 (■听力Listen ■ 口语Speak ■ 阅读Read ■ 写作Write)
5. 专业技能 Special Skill
数据库系统 database，数据统计分析，对ERP / MRP等系统有成熟的使用经验。

IV其他Additional Requirements(ex: industry, tool, software, etc.)
熟悉半导体行业生产及供应链管理。
Familia with semi-industrial production and supply chain management
受过完整的ISO 9001、IATF 16949质量体系、ISO 14001、GP环保体系相关文件培训。
Have ISO9001、IATF 16949 Quality system、GP Environmental protection system Training.
